Pay Rate : $22-24 / hour W2 + Benefits $25-27 C2C

Job Description :

The Buyer / Purchasing 2 (OEM - Scheduling & Orders) role is responsible for ensuring accurate material availability to meet business requirements and objectives. This position requires strong collaboration with internal and external suppliers, performance tracking, and problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure accurate material availability.
• Lead supplier meetings to track performance and drive results.
• Oversee inventory management through customer demand and supplier shipment analysis.
• Regularly lead problem-solving initiatives to improve processes.
• Investigate supplier-reported defects, including internal CAT suppliers.
• Lead team meetings to prioritize tasks and manage change effectively.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures, promoting safety excellence.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align with business goals and deadlines.
• Utilize CAT portals, collaboration tools, and systems to manage data and processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables).
