Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the wire transfer team, ensuring efficient processing of wire transfers Manage and train wire specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to wire transfers Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience with payment systems and networks such as SWIFT, ACH, and Fedwire Comprehensive knowledge of the wire transfer transaction lifecycle Expertise in designing and optimizing wire transfer workflows Understanding of security measures for protecting wire transfer information Ability to analyze wire transfer data and develop solutions for efficiency improvements
