Job descriptionObtener la asignación de habitaciones de su Supervisor al comienzo del turno. Revisar su carrito para asegurarse de que esté correctamente abastecido. Conocer el procedimiento correcto para entrar a una habitación de huésped. Después de ingresar a una habitación, colocar el carrito a través de la puerta con el lado abierto hacia la habitación. Seguir un patrón establecido de pasos para la limpieza diaria de habitaciones ocupadas y de salida para evitar omisiones. Revisar la habitación en busca de muebles y equipos dañados. Reportar de inmediato a su Supervisor cualquier daño o artículo faltante. Cualquier objeto encontrado en habitaciones, vestíbulos, pasillos o áreas de servicio debe entregarse a Objetos Perdidos con la siguiente información : fecha, lugar donde se encontró y nombre de quien lo halló. Antes de salir de una habitación, realizar una última inspección general. Notificar al Departamento de Limpieza que la habitación está limpia e indicar si está ocupada o vacante. Reabastecer su carrito, retirar la basura y la ropa sucia al final del turno para que esté listo para el día siguiente. Responder preguntas de los huéspedes. Brindar asistencia, direcciones e información a los huéspedes según sea necesario. Reportar cualquier persona o actividad sospechosa, condiciones peligrosas, etc., al Departamento de Seguridad. Proporcionar instrucciones y / o orientación a huéspedes y empleados en caso de incendio u otras situaciones de emergencia. Realizar otras tareas según lo solicitado por el Supervisor.

- Orientación al servicio. Conocimiento de principios y procesos para brindar servicios al cliente y atención personalizada.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación. Capacidad para transmitir información e ideas de manera efectiva.
- Capacidad para leer y comprender instrucciones sobre productos de limpieza.
- Capacidad para usar productos químicos y equipos de manera segura y eficiente.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos de noche, fines de semana y días festivos.
