Emergency Room Registered Nurse with Sign-on Bonus

This position qualifies for a $10K Sign-on Bonus + $5K Relocation if applicable.

Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse who is ready to take on both routine and complex patient care. Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate leadership competencies in accordance with OneCHRISTUS standards.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care by following the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as per the designated protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately.
• Assess educational needs and provide effective education to patients and their families.

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications :

All newly hired experienced RNs are expected to complete New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. Additionally, new hires will be paired with a trained preceptor for initial onboarding.

All newly licensed RNs are encouraged to participate in a residency program or targeted orientation. Documentation of skills and competencies will be tracked throughout the program.
