Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of acute care experience and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in an acute care hospital CT Imaging Services department
  • Day and evening 10-hour shifts are scheduled from 8 : 00 AM to 6 : 30 PM
  • Uses EpicCare Inpatient EMR system
  • Assignment length is 13 weeks
  • No local candidates accepted; candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
  • No blocked or special schedule requests will be considered
  • Permanent employees must be away for one year before applying for a travel assignment
  • 24 hours of orientation provided

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CT Technologist in an acute care setting
  • Active state license required if applicable
  • Current BLS certification required
  • References required : one supervisor from the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from the last 3 years, including dates of employment and rehire eligibility
  • Copy of driver’s license required
  • State license must be active at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted
