We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's team in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing invoice processing, ensuring accuracy, and supporting expense auditing. Responsibilities :

• Process a high volume of invoices, averaging around 1,000 per month.
• Manage and monitor a shared accounts payable inbox to handle vendor and business unit inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure accurate coding and entry of invoices into the system.
• Conduct regular check runs and verify payment details.
• Assist in auditing expense reports to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize Oracle Fusion and Excel for data entry and financial tasks.
• Follow detailed job aid instructions to perform tasks accurately and consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable.
• Maintain organized records and documentation for all transactions.
