About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Financial Operations & Strategy Coordinator to oversee and strengthen the financial foundation of multiple healthcare practices within Won & Co.’s management portfolio. This role blends financial operations, analytical insight, and business strategy, offering exposure to multi-practice operations, leadership collaboration, and career growth within a fast-evolving consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

Financial Operations & Billing (Training Provided)

• Manage daily insurance claim submissions and ensure timely reimbursements.
• Post EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and verify payment accuracy.
• Track reimbursements, flag discrepancies, and follow through on denials or underpayments.
• Maintain organized Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and monthly collection reports.
• Reconcile transactions and vendor payments using QuickBooks (or equivalent).
• Track expenses and prepare monthly P&L summaries by clinic and department.
• Maintain detailed records to ensure financial accuracy and data integrity.
