Responsibilities :

Oversee the nursing staff and daily operations during weekend shifts.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, addressing any concerns promptly.

Support, mentor, and guide the nursing team to maintain a positive and professional work environment.

Monitor compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to promote collaboration and satisfaction.

Requirements :

Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work weekends consistently and effectively manage a team.
