The salary for this position is $55,000-$60,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. This is a 10-month position, with additional compensation available for days worked during our extended school year.

The Monarch Center for Autism provides a wide range of residential, early childhood, educational, transition, pre-vocational, adult, and community programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) aged 5 through adulthood. Our team consists of degreed, certified, and experienced staff delivering therapeutic services designed to maximize each individual's unique strengths and abilities. We utilize a visual language immersion teaching model that combines visual supports, technology, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to leverage the strong visual processing abilities of individuals with autism. The Monarch Center for Autism is part of Bellefaire JCB, one of the largest and most experienced child service agencies in the nation.

POSITION SUMMARY :

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Monarch School, working with students aged 5 to 21 with autism. As part of an interdisciplinary team, the Speech Language Pathologist will provide communication, academic, sensory, behavioral, and therapeutic support to children and adolescents with autism. Our collaboration with Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School ensures many opportunities for professional growth. With small caseload sizes (approximately 12 students), a focus on collaboration, and access to innovative technology, we provide a unique and supportive work environment.
