Clarifi Staffing Solutions is excited to partner with a local school district to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position serving elementary students during the 2025-2026 academic year. This opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about improving student communication and thrives in a collaborative, student-centered school environment.

In this role, you'll work directly with young learners to assess, plan, and deliver personalized speech and language services tailored to each student's needs. From articulation support to complex expressive / receptive language challenges, your expertise will help unlock student potential and improve classroom participation.

Role Overview :

• Conduct detailed evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct intervention across a range of communication areas including articulation, fluency, and language processing.
• Track and report student progress in compliance with documentation standards.
• Work closely with families, educators, and specialists to support holistic student growth.
