• The Opportunity We’re looking for a Production Engineer to join our team and drive the optimization of our production operations.
• You’ll be a key player in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our producing assets, responsible for everything from monitoring well performance and analyzing data to planning and overseeing production operations.
• Your work will be vital in recommending improvements, assisting with AFE development, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Location This is a hybrid position based out of our Morgantown, West Virginia, office.
• You’ll be expected to work in the office three days a week.
• What You Will Be Doing Plan, execute, and oversee production operations, coordinating with production and facilities teams.
• Monitor and analyze well performance using SCADA, Spotfire, and other software platforms.
• Assist Operations Department with AFE development, tracking, and production monitoring.
• Recommend and participate in workover and artificial lift applications for improved production rates.
• Conduct well reviews and post-well analysis for optimization.
• Generate management reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with various teams for safe operations.
• Be available for on-call support during emergencies.
