About The Position
We are seeking a Hematology / Oncology Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Indiana. Starting Dec 1, 2025, this opportunity features a Monday through Friday outpatient clinic schedule with flexible hours between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 30 PM, as well as a rotating call schedule every 4th or 5th week. The role emphasizes oncology consults and benign hematology cases in a consultative capacity.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide 70 percent oncology and 30 percent benign hematology consultative servicesManage cases involving both solid and liquid malignancies, as well as benign hematologyDeliver 100 percent consult-based care in both outpatient and inpatient settingsParticipate in a rotating call schedule, covering new consults on weekdays and rounding on weekends as requiredMaintain accurate and thorough patient documentationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient careAdditional Information
Active nurse practitioner license required in IndianaBoard certifications in Hematology and Medical Oncology requiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredExperience in hematology and oncology preferredBenefits
