Job descriptionMUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE! Effective Immediately, you MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License / Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. 14 panel drug screen required within 24hrs of offer acceptance. As of 1 / 1 / 2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from Welle or CPI for onboarding and clearance. COVID vaccinations encouraged, but not required. Current NY License ACLS certification required BLS certification required 3 years experience required Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac / Tele, Med-Tele Units required Telemetry experience required Neuro / stroke experience encouraged Must have reliable transportation. Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED. Cancellation policy : Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13 week contract, must give 2 hr notice. Unit consists of mainly tele / cardiac patients # of Beds in unit : 16 RN to Patient ratio : 4 : 1 Patient Population : Adult - Geriatric MUST be able to follow & comfortably interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x / shift. MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights Previous travel experience strongly encouraged Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance concerns, call outs, etc... - very patient oriented Permanent address must be included in profile. Address must match Driver License / State ID.
