Job Summary :

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in patient care by accurately performing clinical laboratory analyses on blood, urine, body fluids, and tissues. Your expertise will assist physicians in diagnostics and treatment decisions, utilizing a variety of instruments and methods.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform laboratory testing with precision and timeliness.
• Interpret and correlate clinical test results with patient history to guide medical decisions.
• Communicate urgent lab results and troubleshoot instrument issues promptly to healthcare staff.
• Conduct quality control and maintenance procedures on laboratory equipment.
• Prepare reagents and manage inventory of laboratory supplies efficiently.
• Utilize software functions for test ordering and data management.
• Engage in teaching opportunities within the School of Medical Technology.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory laboratory standards.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the laboratory manager.
