What You’ll Do

Build and maintain referral partnerships to generate qualified leads.

Conduct consultative discovery calls and present tailored HR solutions.

Represent MBS at national conferences and industry events.

Collaborate with our team to help clients achieve their business goals.

What You Bring

3–5 years of B2B sales experience in PEO , Employee Benefits , HRIS , or related HR services.

Proven ability to sell consultatively and build strong relationships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping businesses succeed.
