Job Description

We are looking for an LPN / LVN to join our Primary Care team for a 3-month assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in infection control, performance improvement, and delegation, along with experience in an outpatient multi-specialty practice setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Assist with patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting medical information.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with medical protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a high level of patient care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, following infection control protocols.
