About the Opportunity The Business Solutions Manager serves as an advisor to develop and maintain client relationships.

Key job responsibilities include the following :

• Works independently to actively pursue and generate sales leads, as well as develops and maintains client relationships Gains understanding of client’s business and technical requirements  Develops proposals and supporting documents Converts proposals to contract and subsequent sales commitment Responsible for contract confirmation, project kick-off, coordination and introduction of delivery resources to the client, along with project tracking Meets or exceeds sales goal targets  Networks with related industry organizations About You You have strong manufacturing knowledge, a track record of success developing relationships that lead to sales, enjoy working with executives, and are a good listener.
