Job Description : Cydecor is seeking a Senior Navy Structural Engineer to provide design and technical support to a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) customer. Multiple openings are available across disciplines including human systems integration, electrical engineering, and naval architecture. This role involves supporting the management and execution of technical and design requirements for shipbuilding programs. Candidates should have strong engineering fundamentals and experience with surface and undersea shipbuilding programs. Here's what you need : 15+ years of experience in structural engineering Experience with naval or defense systems structural designs, including R&D, T&E, and acquisition programs for Navy shipbuilding Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, acquisition, logistics, and sustainment professionals Knowledge of naval vessel structural design standards and practices Ability to analyze mechanical designs via review of artifacts Master's degree in Engineering Professional Engineer Certification Security Clearance : Minimum : Interim or Active Secret; Preferred : Interim or Active Top Secret. Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's preferred. Work Schedule : Monday-Friday, Onsite. Compensation and Benefits : Salary range $171,100 - $200,000, based on experience and qualifications.
