Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

St. Joseph Medical Center Elgin, IL is looking for a Nurse Practitioner Cardiology Support to join our medical group and support our outpatient and inpatient cardiology services.

Position Details

• Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group , a multi-specialty, hospital-affiliated provider group.
• Join a team of experienced board-certified cardiologists and cardiac care professionals.
• Work Schedule : Monday-Friday (Daytime Hours) with limited weekend or on-call expectations
• Position is outpatient-focused with some limited inpatient care and transitional follow-up
• No invasive procedures required
• Ideal candidate is an AGACNP or FNP with at least 1 year of cardiology or internal medicine experience
• Supports both continuity of care and chronic disease management
