Job description

Physical Therapist (Outpatient Orthopedics)

Base Salary + Signing Bonus + Performance Bonus + $10,000 in incentives , which can be used for a student loan debt program, a sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance.

Are you a Physical Therapist with a passion for sports and a drive to work with athletes? This is a great opportunity to join our outpatient orthopedic team where you'll have the autonomy to create individualized treatment plans that reflect your expertise. You'll work with a diverse range of patients of all ages and diagnoses in a collaborative and supportive environment, with ample opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide High-Quality Care : Deliver exceptional one-on-one physical therapy to patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Develop Individualized Plans : Create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with Teammates : Work closely with colleagues to ensure a positive and effective treatment environment for all.
  • Commit to Professional Growth : Dedicate yourself to continuous professional development, applying new knowledge to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Licensure : Hold a current or pending Physical Therapist license within the state

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary : Earn a base salary between $85,000 and $100,000 , with the potential for additional productivity bonuses.
