About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director, User Experience with 13-15 years of experience to lead our UX department at the highest level. As the Senior Director of User Experience, you will define and champion the UX strategy across the organization, ensuring that all products and services are designed with the user in mind. You will manage and mentor senior leaders within the UX team, influence cross-functional initiatives, and work closely with executive leadership to align UX efforts with our broader business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a visionary UX strategy that aligns with the companys mission and long-term objectives.
• Oversee and mentor a team of UX directors, managers, designers, and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Partner with C-level executives and senior leadership to integrate UX considerations into the companys strategic planning and product development processes.
• Ensure that all products and services provide a seamless, intuitive, and delightful user experience that meets user needs and business goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of design systems, UX guidelines, and best practices across the organization to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changing user behaviors, and apply this knowledge to guide product strategy and development.
• Advocate for the importance of UX at the executive level, ensuring that user experience is a core consideration in all business decisions.
• Manage UX budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Oversee the UX teams growth and development, including recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
• Represent the companys UX vision externally, contributing to thought leadership in user experience.

Pay range and compensation package

Annual Salary Range : $204K-$241K plus 15% annual bonus, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match.
