We are looking for a dedicated and driven Machine Operator to become part of our friendly, motivated crew! In this role, you’ll have the unique responsibility of ensuring product quality and safety, with the freedom to start and stop production as needed to insure quality and safety. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with various equipment and duties, enhancing your skillset in a safe and empowering work environment.

With a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour plus a quarterly incentive bonus and $.75 shift differential , this position offers the chance to develop your career while working Monday through Thursday from 4 PM to 2 : 30AM. Some overtime can be offered on Fridays and Saturdays during our Spring / Summer busy seasons. What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor bottle indexing on conveyor systems through the filling process
• Monitor and document all Quality-related items (Hourly updates on production boards, Component verification to ensure correct product is produced, Bottle and label visual inspection for accurate packaging of product, verifying date code labeling correctness, Product verification, Weight checks on filled bottles)
• Strong communication skills regarding machine problems and quality requirements
• Ability to start and stop equipment and identify basic mechanical issues & adjust machine setups (Fillers, cappers, labelers, case packers, case erectors, palletizers)
• Follow all safety requirements including using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment – PPE (safety glasses, required footwear, hearing protection, hand protection, correct lifting methods,
• Support all changeover requirements of commodity products (changing caps, line clearance, assisting mechanics with changeovers)
