Loan Processor

A company is looking for a Processor to manage homeowner applications and coordinate investment closings.

Key Responsibilities

Own a pipeline of homeowner applications for processing

Verify documentation and compile initial reviews for underwriting eligibility

Coordinate with Sales and Funding teams to facilitate closing and funding of investments

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in loan processing, finance operations, compliance, or related fields

Experience in roles where success is measured by accuracy and efficiency

Strong computer skills, with a preference for Salesforce experience

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
