Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for a diverse patient group, including :
Post-operative patients from craniotomies, tumor resections, and more.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgery patients.Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program.A variety of medical overflow cases.As a member of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII), you'll work with the latest neurosurgical techniques in a supportive environment.

Registered Nurse license in the practice state.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience :

Ability to provide holistic patient care with a focus on the patient and family.Confidence in recognizing situational changes needing immediate action.Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical records.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Capable of multitasking and prioritizing amidst frequent interruptions.Effective delegation and teamwork abilities.Physical Requirements :
