Compensation :

• Base pay within the specified range influenced by qualifications and experience.
• Additional premium pay for shifts, on-call duties, etc.
• Incentive pay opportunities for select roles.
• Annual pay raises based on performance.

Benefits Include :

Schedule Details : Night shifts, 8 and 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift.

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 available.

Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 offered.
