Compensation : $195000 - $225000 annually

Compensation packages based on your unique skills experience and qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead Physician Operations : Optimize schedules clinic flow and EMR systems to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Drive Nursing Excellence : Oversee inpatient and outpatient nursing teams fostering a culture of compassion and clinical precision.
• Advance Clinical Research : Support innovative research initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Streamline Patient Access : Manage intake and new patient flow for a smooth welcoming experience.
• Monitor Clinical Performance : Track and improve key metrics tied to our Management Agreement.
• Empower Clinical Staff : Supervise and develop MAs LPNs and other support staff to deliver exceptional care.
