We are looking for a Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background. Previous experience is preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.

Responsibilities :
Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyaltyEngage with many different customers each day and represent the dealershipOrganize and prepare for the day's appointmentsPerform vehicle repairs and / or maintenance work as outlined on repair order in a clean and efficient mannerCommunicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communicationAccurately document vehicle repairs / work performed on the repair orderStay informed of Ford / Lincoln technical bulletins and complete required trainingAble to work occasionally in challenging weather conditionsAble to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsiblyQualifications :
