Job descriptionProven experience as an Android Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficient in Java and Kotlin. Experience in developing applications for both current and older versions of Android. Deep understanding of Android?s graphics stack and media frameworks. Strong grasp of the Android event model and how touch and input events propagate through the View hierarchy. Ability to optimize media rendering and UI performance by leveraging low- level system APIs, memory management techniques, and profiling tools Solid understanding of Android architecture components and design patterns (MVVM, MVP) Familiarity with secure storage, encryption, and app security best practices. Familiarity with cloud services and integration (e.g., AWS). Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or similar settings. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge about network programing and protocols and integrating with RESTful and WebSocket-based APIs. Experience with adaptive streaming and real-time video delivery. Experience working with DRM technologies (Widevine, etc.). Experience with graphics and animation libraries Knowledge of crypto theory (PKI) and SGX enclave will be a plus. Experience with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines. Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Android applications with a focus on secure video streaming.
- Implement DRM protocols (such as Widevine) to protect digital content.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless and secure streaming experiences.
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and usability of the app across different Android devices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Android development, DRM, and media streaming technologies.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues across different versions of Android.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high coding standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality solutions on time.
- Take ownership of projects, making informed decisions to meet client and business needs.
