Residential Cleaner (Independent Contractor)

What We're Looking For :

Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of residential cleaning (required).

Professionalism : Punctual, organized, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

Communication : Must be responsive via text / call and communicate clearly.

Independence : Must be comfortable working on your own.

Transportation & Equipment :

Reliable car

Valid driver’s license

Smartphone for communication and scheduling

Must provide your own cleaning equipment

Key Responsibilities :

Perform standard, deep, and move-in / move-out cleanings.

Deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations

Communicate professionally with clients (English required)

Follow sanitation standards and maintain safe cleaning practices

Manage time effectively to complete time-based cleanings

Teamwork and Schedule :

Most cleaning jobs are performed solo, but larger jobs may require teamwork

Must be available to work between 8 : 00 AM and 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Daily tasks and job information are managed through our scheduling app
