Job descriptionBe the first line of help for patients via inbound (and some outbound) calls Explain prescription benefits and coverage in plain language Verify insurance, billing, and medical details with precision Partner with carriers to ensure proper medication coverage Follow HIPAA and Federal Health Care Program guidelinesevery time 1+ year of recent call center experience (required, no exceptions) Knowledge of medical terminology / prescription benefits (a plus) Accuracy & attention to detail KPIs dont scare you Quiet home workspace and high-speed wired internet (no hotspots) Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills HS Diploma / GED Make a daily impact helping patients navigate care Join a professional, supportive team with clear goals and growth potential Enjoy the reliability of weekly pay and solid benefits
