Surgery - General Physician Assistant

Seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join a high-performing General Surgery service.

• Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA)
• Must have active NC license and NC DEA
• Start Date : October 1, 2025 for 3 months
• Flexible Scheduling : Full-time or part-time choose between three 12-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts
• Shift Hours : Monday Thursday, 7 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM
• Join a collaborative surgical team where you will :
• Round on pre- and post-operative patients
• Evaluate and manage new consults
• Coordinate patient care
• Occasionally assist in post-op clinic (non-operative position)
• Support Team Includes :

1 attending surgeon

Familiarity with acute surgical conditions such as : Abdominal pain, Appendicitis, Gallbladder disease, Bowel obstruction, Hernias, Diverticulitis, Pancreatitis, Perforated viscus, Soft tissue infections
