$250,000 Base Salary

$30,000 Sign on Bonus

FQHC - HPSA score of 22

15-17 patients daily

Open to New grads and or experienced

MD / DO

Must acquire WI license

Able to sponsor visa Candidates COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)
