About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Enterprise Insights Officer (CEI) to spearhead its transformation into a fully data-enabled, insights-driven organization. The CEI will be a key partner with enterprise leadership, leading the development of a foundational data ecosystem with embedded AI architecture that connects the company's various missions. This includes clinical care, research, education, and operations. The role involves evolving the company's data and AI capabilities, from analytics delivery to enterprise-wide insights enablement, and stewarding the Enterprise Data Foundry. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, mission enablement, technology and platform enablement, governance, security, and compliance, as well as driving change and fostering partnerships. Candidates for the CEI position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Doctorate, and advanced certifications in AI, cloud, or cybersecurity. A minimum of 12-15 years' of leadership experience in data, analytics, and digital transformation, particularly in healthcare and academic environments, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in AI / ML, advanced analytics, and automation, as well as expertise in research computing, academic technology platforms, and multi-institutional collaborations. Visionary leadership, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to build high-performance, cross-functional teams are essential. The role also demands a deep understanding of data interoperability standards, and a commitment to upholding governance, security, and compliance in line with regulatory requirements.
