Manager of Statistical Programming

A company is looking for a Manager of Statistical Programming responsible for overseeing the statistical programming team and providing project leadership for clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

Determine project resourcing needs and manage programming plans

Develop and maintain programming specifications and create submission-ready SDTM and ADaM datasets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field

8+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology industry or equivalent IT consulting role

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of ICH / GCP guidelines and clinical trial methodologies

Experience with SAS programming and related tools in the pharmaceutical industry
