C3 AI is seeking highly skilled individuals with experience managing the creation and development of complex enterprise AI solutions, and a track record of driving tangible business value and outcomes for customers as a trusted advisor. Expertise in business consulting, the full software development lifecycle, enterprise software, AI / ML, cloud deployments, and data integration is required, along with domain experience in industries such as Manufacturing, High Tech, Agribusiness, Public Sector, Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with customers to craft compelling AI use cases that drive business value and translate these into detailed requirements.
- Translate business requirements into AI application features, map use cases to team tasks, and produce detailed project work plans.
- Lead dedicated C3 AI teams including Data Science, Application Development, Data Integration, Product Management, and DevOps professionals.
- Coordinate across internal teams to balance short-term deliverables with long-term product roadmaps.
- Manage project governance activities such as project plans, weekly status reviews, cross-functional meetings, and executive updates.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs, address obstacles, track and mitigate risks, and manage expectations.
- Quantify and track value metrics from C3 AI solutions.
- Advise executive stakeholders on future use case roadmaps, and promote customer success and adoption to ensure retention and expansion.
- Develop high-quality internal and external communications to support customer and company success.
- Build trusted relationships through effective and proactive communication with customers.
- Travel to customer sites approximately 20% of the time.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred.6-15 years of experience in business consulting and product or delivery management with enterprise SaaS solutions.Experience leading customer engagements involving AI / ML, data science, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, application development, and data engineering.Strong presence and credibility with customers, capable of acting as a trusted advisor.Customer-oriented with a focus on understanding and addressing organizational needs.Data-driven and committed to process improvement.Ability to operate effectively across business and technical domains, providing leadership in both areas.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

California Base Pay Range : $120,000 — $228,000 USD
