Behaviorist Job Description Resolution Think, LLC is looking for a highly skilled behaviorist specialist with the necessary training and experience to support groups and systems through the application of positive behavior supports.

The behavior specialist assists in the coordination of functional assessments of behavior and a behavior intervention plan that address clients' behaviors and provide a means of support to assist them in achieving their objectives and minimizing negative behaviors.  Job Description :

• The Behaviorist Specialist plays a crucial role in designing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating comprehensive behavior support programs.
• This professional will work closely with individuals, staff, and other stakeholders to develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to promote positive behavioral change and help clients achieve their personal goals.
• This role requires direct and proactive engagement with assigned clients, ensuring individualized interventions and support plans align with best practices in behavioral health.
• Payment of services is based on a minimum of 12 hours per month and a maximum of 20 hours on the anniversary of the client for report development.
