A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee account receivable activities for a specific Provider Book of Business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable activities and collaborate with the account management team to resolve issues
Proactively monitor performance guarantees and communicate results to relevant stakeholders
Engage with providers to discuss results, identify trends, and develop action plans for improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of experience in benefits and claims administration or project management
Experience with claims processing systems such as Proclaim, PMHS, or Facets required
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis on claims issues
