• Assist the Maintenance Director with various maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the community
• Perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance as assigned
• Provide reliable transportation to seniors for scheduled doctor appointments, grocery shopping, outings, and other personal needs
• Ensure the safety and comfort of residents during transportation and assist with mobility as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and transportation schedules
• Foster positive relationships with residents, offering friendly and respectful service
