ABOUT THE ROLE :
This is not your average outside sales job. Our Business Development Managers work with hot, inbound leads pre-qualified by our Inside Sales team-who collect extensive insights about each family's needs, preferences, and challenges. It's a salesperson's dream : a cheat code that sets you up to win.
If you follow our proven process and show up with energy and empathy, you'll find it incredibly easy to help families access the care they deserve. You'll be in the field five days a week , conducting in-person assessments across the Metroplex. Flexibility is essential , as people need care every day-not just between 9 and 5.
