Job Title : Mental Health Therapist

Location : Charlotte, NC (SouthPark)

We are excited to be searching for our newest team member and the perfect match for our practice!

Mental Health Therapist Requirements :

• Master's degree required
• Must have applicable NC state licensure (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT or LPA)
• Experience in private practice, professional marketing experience, community networking
• Clinical experience with child and adolescent population preferred
• Clinical experience and training desired in eating disorders, substance abuse, behavioral issues, ASD, and trauma / EMDR
• Specialized certifications or training in relevant therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are a plus
• Familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches

Mental Health Therapist Compensation :

95-$125 per hour

As part of our clinical team, you would :

Provide therapy services in a private, outpatient, group practice

Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients

Have the chance to build strong relationships with potential referral sources and develop a thriving referral network

Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community

Be part of imagining what could be and collaborating to launch innovative mental health initiatives
