Key Responsibilities

Research benefits, eligibility, and site of care for Medicare Part B members

Communicate with doctor's offices, insurance plans, and patients through outbound calls

Conduct audits to ensure compliance and work on projects as assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of pharmacy healthcare experience

1+ years of telephonic or in-person customer service experience

1+ years of medical billing or financial assistance experience
