Overview

JOB SPECIFICS

• Join an established Primary Care practice
• Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific and current research.
• Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, standards of care and current research.
• Provide education and counseling to patients, families and groups.
• Clinic hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm and 1 / 2 Saturdays
• Excellent work / life balance with no call or weekends.
