The Opportunity

In This Role You Will

  • Act as a key account manager in the Singapore team, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
  • Utilize your business development skills to engage new clients and secure repeat projects with existing clients.
  • Oversee key strategic client projects.
  • Apply your expertise in cost management to meet all project deliverables within contract performance measures.
  • Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractors.
  • Mentor and lead your team to foster top performance and growth.
  • Ensure your team delivers high-quality work and client value.

We Would Love To Hear From You If You

  • Have strong cost and stakeholder management experience in a dynamic environment.
  • Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management, ideally within Data Centres.
  • Have 8+ years' experience in construction, with prior cost management experience on complex, high-tech projects.
  • Are confident in leading client meetings.
  • Hold a degree or comparable experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
  • Are ideally chartered and a member of RICS.
  • Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through shared purpose, openness, and a positive atmosphere.
