Operating Room Services Leader (RN) - Level 1 Trauma OR

The Tower Operating Room at Inova Fairfax Medical is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for an OR Services Leader position on the team. This Lead will support our Vascular Thoracic Trauma (open vascular & endo vascular) service line. Sign on Bonus & Relocation Available.

Work Schedule : Full time, Day shift (40hrs per week)

Preferred Experience :

• Level 1 Trauma experience
• Experienced with the following service lines; Vascular Thoracic (open vascular & endo vascular)
• AORN's Periop 101 curriculum completion, CNOR are great to have

Tower OR is open 24 / 7, serving as the regions only Level 1 Trauma facility! Therefore, hours will vary and will be discussed / agreed upon based on unit needs at the time of your hire. Nurse must be available to take call and rotate weekends, holidays and off-shifts.

Our team is equipped to handle any complex or simple procedure that comes through the door, including but not limited to : Neurosurgery, Spine, Orthopedics, Surgical Oncology, Urology, Plastics, Robotics, Gynecology, Pediatrics, ENT, General, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular, Dental, OMFS, Colorectal, Hepatobiliary and Transplant! We average 55-75 patients a day.
