Job description1–3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a customer-facing sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups). Experience with CRM software a plus. Prior experience in printing, apparel, or a related industry is a plus, but not required. Competitive base salary plus commission. Onsite role at our Northeast Philadelphia facility — work closely with a dynamic and creative team. We're seeking a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative to join our team onsite at our Northeast Philadelphia headquarters and help drive new business opportunities while building strong relationships with our customers.
What You'll Do
As a Business Development / Inside Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines of our growth. You'll identify prospects, nurture leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your focus will be on helping customers bring their custom apparel ideas to life while hitting sales goals and contributing to team success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
- Manage inbound leads, respond to customer inquiries, and guide them through the ordering process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products and services.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure orders meet customer expectations.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Accurately track sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
