What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Maintain awareness of surroundings in an aerospace and defense location, reporting any suspicious activity or security-related issues.

Document incidents, observations, and activities according to company and client protocols.

Collaborate with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.

Assist with access control and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
