Shepherd Neame is seeking a personable General Manager to join our team. If you have previous experience managing a team within the hospitality or service-led environment and are looking for a rewarding new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Located in the scenic coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers a seaside escape with 18 luxurious bedrooms, some with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine at the Quarterdeck restaurant or relax in the Boathouse bar, which features a terrace and garden with sea views.

As a brand ambassador, you will foster an inclusive culture, lead and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service, and work with the Operations Manager to achieve key business objectives, ensuring growth, customer satisfaction, and success.
