Physical Therapist - Southgate Physical Therapy - Part-Time

Description

The Physical Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Physical Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients / clients and provides physical therapy evaluations and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Required qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Upon hire : Washington Physical Therapist License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Specialized physical therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need may be required.
