Estimator

A company is looking for an Estimator to support their estimation team in analyzing project documents and ensuring compliance with US standards. Key Responsibilities : Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 1-4 years of experience in cost estimation or related field Proficiency in estimation software such as On Screen Take-off, PlanSwift, CostX, Bluebeam Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
