Job descriptionReceive a generous sign-on bonus of $15,000 for 3rd Shift. Opportunity for Student Loan Forgiveness up to $20,000 and tuition assistance up to $7,200. Patients recovering from craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stroke patients. Engage in our comprehensive stroke program and the latest neurosurgical techniques. Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient safety and optimal outcomes. Anticipate changes in patient conditions and modify care plans accordingly. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience. Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited nursing program. Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Compassionate nurses who excel in teamwork and communication. Individuals with strong critical thinking and organizational skills. New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply!
