  • Seeking coverage starting November 3, 2025
  • PRN availability needed, with priority for last two weeks of December
  • Approximately 2030 shifts per month between two locations

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active Maryland medical license required (IMLC not accepted)
  • Board : Board Certified in Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospitalist
  • DEA : Required
  • Certifications : ATLS, BLS, NRP required
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year; must have Level 3 NICU experience within the past 3 years
  • Charting : Experience with Cerner EMR required
  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide inpatient NICU hospitalist coverage, including admissions, rounding, and procedures
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric specialists to deliver comprehensive care
  • Manage pediatric patients requiring NICU-level care and simple surgical interventions
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Cerner EMR
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team care, including communication with families and staff
